She goes out of her way to please and her easy going cheerful attitude is what makes her business a success.  Previously recognized as Downtown Art Ouellette Winner, an acknowledged engaged member of our community.

	This person is described as embracing, welcoming and so cheerful.  You walk into the room and her smile draws you in, she knows what you need and goes out of her way to make sure your whole experience is as happy as she is.  An excellent team member, knowledgeable and helpful beyond request.  Her manager describes her as an enthusiastic and lively member of the team and a very welcome addition to her business.

	This Service Superstar has been evaluated in a very unique way. 	This person is described as hard working, efficient and works great under pressure. Does his job with efficiency and expertise and everyone appreciates that he does it with a smile. He has received top marks for his Product Knowledge, Presentation and Quality of service and I am sure that the Quality will miss him this evening.

	This next lady started out doing landscaping and ended up taking on a much bigger roll and has been doing it ever since. She is described as very helpful, great attitude, outstanding service, takes pride in all that she does, always has time for people no matter how busy she is. She is a gem in the rough and has developed a sense of community where she works.

	This Lady has been invaluable to her co-workers and customers alike. She greets everyone with a smile and manages to keep that wonderful demeanor day in and day out. Helpful and friendly , goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right and unlike the commercial she makes it through tax season WITHOUT suffering from TAX PAIN!

	This well known Superstar has also been described as always having a smile on her face, always friendly and her laugh is contagious! She never misses work, is never late and if they are short staffed at work, she is the first to volunteer her time to go wherever she is needed. She has endless patience and deals with so many diverse groups of people that it takes a special person indeed to do her job.

	For this last Award, we have chosen a Winner that also doesn’t fit into any one category. We created this Award for the first time this year to recognise a special service superstar winner! This person has come as a very pleasant surprise. This individual is said to go above and beyond everyday. Described as the ultimate worker, who learns fast, is punctual and energetic. The dedication to the job and serving people with an infectious smile that never leaves is appreciated by the customers as well as the employer. This person is a muti-tasker and no job is too big or too small and excels at every task. The quality of service that this superstar provides would make any 5 star  resort proud. This is indeed the qualities of a Service Superstar and what is even more incredible is that the judges were so impressed with this individual that they decided to make a special category in honour of this winner Thomas you are an inspiration to all youth and adults alike.
