The Grande Prairie Museum opens the Heritage Village for the 2017 season to celebrate International Museum Day on Thurs. May 18. The doors open at 1 p.m. with the cutting of cake in the community room. Visitors are welcome to take a self-guided tour or the village, ask questions with the Museum Curator and explore the newest exhibit featuring Freemasonry in the gallery.

The Grande Prairie Museum and Heritage Village are open until Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. Summer extended hours commence in July.

Suitable for all ages. Crafts suitable for children ages 2 and up. (until 3 p.m.)
