Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association

2013 AGM

We would like to formally invite you to Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association’s Annual General Meeting.  It will be held at Centre 2000 in the main foyer on November 7, 2013 from 11:30am – 1:00pm.  Tickets will be $30 and can be invoiced, paid over the phone, or purchased at the door.  We will be reviewing the wording changes in the accepted bylaws, Treasurers’ Report, President’s Report, and Annual Report. There are four (4) Director positions up for election, then a further election for two (2) executive positions for Vice President and Secretary, which can be filled by any Director.  Please find your invitation attached and make plans to attend.
As the advocating voice of tourism in the Grande Prairie Region, the Grande Prairie Regional Tourism Association is proud to present the work of the Board and staff to its members, with the focus on building a cohesive, stronger Association for the future.  For your copy of the Bylaws and/or financials, please contact info@gptourism.ca and a copy will be emailed to you. 
As a member, every business has the right to have a representative run for a position on the Board and to vote for the Member they feel will best serve the Region.  If you would like to run or nominate a member, please make sure your membership is up to date and use your voice to support the Region with a strong Board.
