Relay for Life

Evergreen Park
Relay For Life is a community fundraising event where Canadians across the country join together in the fight against cancer.
Relay participants walk or run together around a track or path at a local school, park or fairground, passing a baton to their fellow participants and working together toward one common goal the fight against cancer.

Grande Prairie Cemetery Historical Walking Tour

Grande Prairie Cemetery
Join South Peace Regional Archives for a guided walk through the Grande Prairie Cemetery and discover the rich and interesting history of Grande Prairie and area through the lives and stories of its people. Our tour this year will highlight the lives of those who served in the two world wars.
Call the Archives at 780-830-5105 to register (limit of 25 participants).


Sizzling Summer Sidewalk Sale

There will be street displays, demonstrations, and sales tables will make shopping or browsing a delight.
2nd Annual Farmer’s Day Music Festival
June 13-14, 2015
FREE Old Time Music brought to you by the Pioneers of Grovedale and Area Museum. The event will go rain or shine. Bring your own lawn chairs. On Saturday the bands start at 10:30am and on Sunday the Gospel music starts at 10:30am. There will be a pancake breakfast that costs $5.00 per person. Supper is also available it costs $10.00 per plate for adults and $5.00 per plate for under 12. There is RV parking available and no service camping.

Bud Country Fever

Bud Country Fever is turning 20 this year and they have many amazing artists preforming throughout the weekend. The headliner on Friday is Leann Rimes, on Saturday is to be announced at a later date and on Sunday is Josh Turner. Engines and Espresso

Join us Saturday June 6 from 3-5pm for this year’s kick off to Engine’s and Espresso!
This event happens the first and third Saturday throughout the summer months, where like-minded car and motorcycle enthusiasts meet to show and discuss motoring!
While there, enjoy an authentic Italian espresso, German kaffee or delicious treat from the quaint European coffee shop 55a Kaffee.
Located in the Tile Ideal parking lot at 10330-117 Ave on the bypass in Grande Prairie.
