The Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club has been at its current location since 1967. The course has become a favourite for many and has been enjoyed by golfers from all over Alberta and British Columbia for over 40 years.
The Forbes Homestead is full of rich peace country history and is intimately related to the early development of Grande Prairie. The facility is operated by Grande Prairie Museum and is open to the public in the summers. The homestead is also a location for special events such as seniors tea.
Admission is FREE!
The Grande Prairie Museums had removed the admission fee during the citys 100th anniversary celebrations and they have left it that way since.
