The Centre for Creative Arts

The Centre for Creative Arts invites visitors to experience the creative spirit of the Peace Region through a welcoming, hands-on celebration of local talent. Home to two galleries, a gift shop filled with 100% locally made fine art, and 24 rotating exhibitions each year, the Centre offers endless inspiration for art lovers and curious creators alike. Guests can dive into their own creativity with a wide variety of drop-in classes for all ages and skill levels, or make use of open studio spaces designed for learning, exploring, and developing artistic practice. As a true community hub, the Centre also provides meeting space for arts groups such as the Grande Prairie Figure Drawing Club and Artists North. The Centre proudly facilitates the Healing Arts Program Initiative (H.A.P.I.), partnering with community organizations to create positive, accessible art experiences that build confidence and connection.
