Bear Lake Campground

Bear Lake Campground is a peaceful lakeside retreat that combines wide-open water, outdoor recreation, and simple comforts. Open seasonally from May 15 to October 15, the campground features 16 campsites, including 11 sites with 30-amp electrical hookups, making it suitable for both RV and tent campers. The campground offers non-potable water by tap, outdoor restrooms, fire pits, and free firewood, along with a shelter equipped with a wood stove—perfect for gathering on cooler evenings. Families will appreciate the playground, ball diamond, and day-use picnic area, while paddlers can take advantage of the floating dock and kayak launch. Spanning approximately four miles wide and six miles long, Bear Lake is ideal for canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, and other personal watercraft, offering plenty of room to explore and unwind.
